When I first posted about Sunny after seeing her, I thought she was a very shy, awkward girl. She never smiled while we were there and always kept her head down. We just received these new photos of her. Look at her smiling and having a good time with her classmates!! To see her now, I have to wonder if she just wasn't completely uncomfortable with the Journey of Hope program and our being there. You can certainly see a lot of personality showing through in these new photos of her.
Sunny will be turning 14 this September. If she is not adopted before her birthday, she will no longer be eligible for adoption. For this reason, FTIA has appointed her as our A Child's Plea child, meaning we will waive our agency fees for her adoptive family. To learn more about Sunny, please visit our website.
